Criteria and verification
Technical screening and DNSH requirements differ by the environmental objective claimed. Verify them in the current EU Taxonomy Compass API and the consolidated Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/2139 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2486. Being listed or eligible does not by itself establish Taxonomy alignment; the current delegated acts control.
